Printing
Business cards, flyers, banners, large-format, T-shirt transfers, and on-demand short runs. Same-day on most jobs.
We're a small team in Accra. From a single framed photo to a fully managed cloud, a smart-home install to a GIS map of your catchment area — bring it to us and we'll figure it out together. No ticket queues. Real humans on WhatsApp.
"We had a server down at 9pm on a Saturday. They picked up."

Business cards, flyers, banners, large-format, T-shirt transfers, and on-demand short runs. Same-day on most jobs.
Custom-cut frames, matting, canvas stretching, and gallery walls. Bring your print or your photo — we'll handle the rest.
Product shots, event coverage, brand portraits, and short-form video. On-location or in our Nungua studio.
Lighting, locks, cameras, audio, voice control — designed around how you actually live, not a glossy brochure.
Sensors, hubs, smart switches, UPS units, and the cables nobody else stocks. Tested before we hand them over.
Home Wi-Fi that actually reaches the back room. Office LANs, VLANs, point-to-point links, and proper cable management.
Internal tools, dashboards, mobile apps, integrations. We speak English, not jargon, and we ship in weeks, not quarters.
Marketing sites, e-commerce, web apps — built on Next.js or whatever your stack already uses. SEO baked in, not bolted on.
Network audits, endpoint hardening, phishing drills, and incident response when things go sideways.
We provision, harden and maintain Linux and Windows servers. VPS, dedicated, or on-prem in our Accra data room.
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and the boring stuff like backups, monitoring and cost control. We migrate. We stay.
Excel chaos into something a board meeting can read. Dashboards, forecasting, and the occasional Python script.
Asset mapping, catchment analysis, field-data collection, drone-to-map pipelines — useful maps, not pretty posters.
Small-group, in-person classes in Nungua. From 'how do I use a mouse' to intro Python, networking, and Excel.
We don't do "computer science". We do whatever gets your shop, your school, your home working again.
— Kojo, founder
A few of us started doing tech and print work in 2015 — first out of a shared workspace in Tema, then from the workshop in Nungua where we still are today. ShepherdCloud is the name we work under, and it's the name customers call. We are a small team, not yet a registered company — but we pick up the phone, we keep our word, and the work is real.
We're not just a print-and-IT shop — we also build and ship our own software. Here's the two we're loudest about right now.
Church management made effortless. From attendance to accounting, SMS to security — one seamless system that replaces spreadsheets, paper registers and disconnected tools, built for Ghanaian churches.

"The transition to ShepherdCloud was smooth, and the impact was immediate. The financial transparency and communication tools have helped us engage our congregation better than ever."
"I've tried three different digital card apps. None of them look this clean, and none are built by a team I'd actually trust with my data. Already planning to roll it out to my whole team."
"The NFC tap is what sold me. Most of my clients still ask for a card — being able to tap my phone on theirs is a small flex that makes a real difference."
"Finally a digital business card that doesn't look like it was designed in 2014. And the analytics — knowing when someone actually opened my card? That's worth the price on its own."
